From July 11 to 13, the 2023 China (Shanghai) Machine Vision Exhibition and Machine Vision Technology and Industrial Application Seminar kicked off grandly at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition focuses on the theme of "'Vision + AI' empowers the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry" and injects a "boost" into artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing. The exhibition area reached 26,000 square meters, bringing together nearly 300 representative companies in the field of machine vision.

Gpixel arrived as scheduled with its latest products and technological innovations, including GMAX4002 high-speed version, 16K high-speed line array products GL3516, GL1402 and a series of innovative achievements. As an important annual display and communication platform for the machine vision industry, during the exhibition, we actively conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges with upstream and downstream partners in the industry to jointly discuss new trends in machine vision development and work together to promote high-quality development of the industry.

Demos area

In the demo area, we built three demonstration systems on site: GMAX4002, GSPRINT4502, and GL3516. Through real-time images, we intuitively demonstrated the excellent performance of the three products in near-infrared imaging, high-speed imaging, and high-line-frequency line scan imaging.

GMAX4002 is the latest 2.4 million resolution C-Mount small area array global shutter product launched by Gpixel, with a maximum frame rate of 344 fps. With the advanced Red Fox technology, it also has high sensitivity in the near-infrared band.

GSPRINT4502 is an ultra-high-speed global shutter product with a resolution of 2.5 million and a maximum frame rate of 3462 fps. It is very suitable for motion capture and high-speed photography.

GL3516 is a 16K high line frequency line array product newly released by Gpixel in the first half of the year. The sensor has a maximum line frequency of 120kHz in single-wire mode and a maximum line frequency of 60kHz in two-wire mode. It can be widely used in lithium battery detection, screen detection, printed matter detection, automatic sorting, track safety detection and other fields.
