Gpixel expands its industrial global shutter GMAX portfolio with GMAX4416 – a 1.6” 4096 x 4096 sensor with a 4.4 µm pixel size.
September 11th, 2024, Changchun, China Gpixel announces a new large pixel CMOS sensor with the GMAX4416, a 4096 x 4096 resolution, 4.4 μm global shutter pixel sensor running 80 fps at 12 bits per pixel. The large pixel size, 1.6” optical format, and square aspect ratio maximizes photon capture and viewing area for popular lens mount in industrial and scientific cameras.

GPIXEL Addresses Semiconductor Inspection with DUV-Sensitive TDI Image Sensor variant of GLT5009BSI
August 15, 2024, Changchun, China – Gpixel announces the GLT5009BSI-DUV image sensor optimized for sensitivity in the deep ultraviolet (DUV) portion of the spectrum to support semiconductor inspection. Based on GLT5009BSI, a high-speed 9k backside illuminated CMOS image sensor with 5 µm square pixels and true charge-domain time delay and integration (TDI) operation for increased sensitivity, is the DUV version developed with an optimized antireflection coating to achieve >50% quantum efficiency at 266 nm and >30% at 200 nm [WW1] while still maintaining a peak in the visible >70%.

Gpixel Expands GSPRINT Family with High Sensitivity 2 MP Global Shutter Image Sensor targeting 3D laser profiling and UV imaging.
July 7th, 2024, Changchun, China – Gpixel announces the GSPRINT6502BSI, the fourth sensor in the popular GSPRINT series of high-speed global shutter CMOS image sensors. It’s the first sensor in the series to use backside illumination technology for increased sensitivity and high angular response. The combination of backside illumination and a large 6.5 µm pixel maximize light collection in high-speed imaging applications including 3D laser profiling, scientific and UV imaging.
